At ALPHA60, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postal service location or carrier point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
